Product Introduction

    • FCN01S is one of the latest "Memory Nanomaterials" technology applications launched by materials research team of KMD Plastifizierungstechnik GmbH. It is designed to compound a polymer-based nanomaterial with inorganic nanomaterials into a composite Nano-unit. The composite Nano-unit can maintain its original properties and change some mechanical properties of the processed polymer material after melting process, so as to the processed fibers can be bending in three dimensions.
    • In order to reduce the cost of use, this material is supplied in a highly concentrated form.
    • FCN01S Memory Nanomaterial is mainly applicable to the production of PP fibers, such as PP Spunbond nonwoven, BCF, staple fiber and etc. It can make the fiber generate three-dimensional bending, as shown in the figure of S-shaped three-dimensional bending FDY fibers, which produced in 5.5 dpf under the same conditions, Fig. 1 is the fiber produced by pure PP, Fig. 2 is the fiber produced by 80% PP + 20% FCN01S.
    • It will play great significance to apply the three-dimensional bending fibers in filtration, heat preservation, noise absorption, textile and other fields.
    • FCN01S also has characteristic of electret, which has excellent charge storage and retention function.

    Main functions and features:

    • FCN01S is mainly suitable for PP materials with high viscosity;
    • The fiber added with FCN01S Memory Nanomaterial can generate S-shaped three-dimensional bending, and the end products made of the three-dimensional bending fibers will show excellent performance in the following aspects: High-loft/fluffy, air permeability, heat insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction, filtration, dust holding capacity, etc;
    • Excellent spinnability;
    • The optimal compounding ratio is 4:1, the "Memory Nano-unit" can be evenly dispersed and distributed at this ratio, and the concentration is appropriate;
    • Need to be tested and validated if FCN01S is used together with other functional materials;
    • Please keep and use the material in dry condition; Packing: 25 kg/bag or 500 kg/case;
