Product Introduction
  • PP fibers need to be hardened for some applications, such as carpet fibers requiring a good lodging resistance property and rebound resilience. Hardening masterbatches give the PP a higher modulus to improve the stiffness.

  • Good compatibility with polymers. No change to the polymer's original color.
  • Improve the luminance brightness and transparency of products.
  • Easy to use, blend with PP directly before spinning.

Applications

  • PP carpet fibers, PP nonwovens (lapping clothes, etc.), PP plastic tarpaulins(tents), PP moulding products.
